Free Sports Physicals for DHS Athletes

Dieruff High School is excited to announce that St. Luke's will host FREE sports physicals for student athletes on November 7 from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

Please note, this is for sport athletes on a first come first serve basis. You MUST bring a completed PIAA CIPPE form (section 1 through 6) to be seen. Sections 7, 8, and 9 are not required at this time. Forms can be downloaded from https://www.piaa.org/resources/forms/default.aspx
All athletes must bring/wear a mask for their exam.
There are no walk ins due to covid-19 protocols. All social distancing, cleaning, and masking procedures will be observed.
Physicals will take place at the Dieruff High School Gymnasium
