On behalf of the staff at Louis E. Dieruff High School, I am honored to welcome you to Louis E. Dieruff High School. I am confident that as our mission statement prescribes, "through our connections to each other, we will ensure our students receive equitable educational support, resources, and opportunities that empower them to with the skills necessary to succeed in college and/or a career pathway of their choice." TOGETHER is the only way to actualize this statement. In order to enhance our collective efficacy for all students, we hope for a productive partnership with you, our parents, guardians, and community members, to ensure that our students achieve their highest potential. Our collective efficacy refers to our collaborative efforts to support and promote our students’ academic and personal growth through school as they prepare for their futures. As partners, we share the responsibility for our children’s success, and I want to reassure you that we will work tirelessly to carry out our mission and our professional responsibilities to that end.
